How We Got Here.

LIV For Lifting opened its doors in June 2025, born from a shared passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and at home in the gym.

Kyle (cofounder) brought years of training, nutrition, and program-development expertise. Olivia (cofounder) brought the vision, leadership, and heart to create a brand that truly supports women.

Women from all over are experiencing the transformation a supportive gym community can make in their lives.

Today, LIV for Lifting is more than a gym.

It’s a community of women who:
