Jessica McCabe
My name is Jessica McCabe. I love food and lifting HEAVY!
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
My coaching philosophy is “practice what you preach” I have been consistent in the gym for years, I rarely miss a day. My favorite is always going to be legs (glute and hamstring days are my go-to).
I love training women because I love being surrounded by the feminine energy and pushing them past any mental blocks. I love seeing strong women take up space in the gym!! I want women to know that they shouldn’t be scared to lift heavy. -

Destiny Romero
Hi I’m Coach Destiny! Fitness isn't just a hobby; it's my lifelong passion. I earned my CPT at the beginning of 2025 through CGCC and NASM's hands-on program.
I'm a firm believer that consistency and discipline are the cornerstones of achieving real, lasting results. Discipline is the ultimate form of self-love.
When I'm not in the gym, you can find me exploring new trails while hiking, traveling, or trying out new workout classes.
Back and biceps are my absolute favorite days in the gym.
There's nothing like watching clients crush those PRs and achieve what they thought was once impossible. It’s truly contagious!

Sahra Ragab
Hi, I’m Sahra! I’m a women’s fitness coach with a focus on glute training, fat loss, and functional strength. I’ve been coaching since 2021 and have helped hundreds of women build strong, confident bodies. (yes, carbs and consistency can coexist!).
NASM certified (2021) + CSCS certified (2025)
My favorite is pull day. I specifically love working on pull up variations. The whole process teaches patience and is very empowering!
I love training women because I know what it is like to be in many women's shoes. The process of becoming healthy teaches lessons that last a lifetime. Health & wellness is a lot more than just "looking pretty" it's healthy habits, a supportive community, and confidence that allows women to believe in herself when life gets rough.

Olivia + Kyle Price
We’re Liv & Kyle, husband and wife and founders of Liv For Lifting a women-only strength training gym built to help women feel strong, confident, and supported.
Kyle brings over a decade of fitness and coaching experience, while Liv is a NASM certified personal trainer with 5+ years in the fitness space. We’re deeply passionate about creating a space where women feel comfortable, empowered, and proud of what their bodies can do.
We believe strength training is about more than just workouts. It’s about building confidence, improving long-term health, and feeling strong in everyday life. Our mission is to help women get strong, toned, and confident in a supportive, judgment-free environment designed to meet them where they’re at and help them grow.

Meghan Folkerts
Hi, I’m Meghan! I am thrilled to be a trainer at Liv for Lifting! I just had my first baby in March, so I’m especially excited to help pregnant and postpartum women in their fitness journeys!
I’m a NASM certified personal trainer with 1:1 in-person training experience. I’m also a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor and have a passion for bodybuilding! If you need macro-friendly recipes to hit your nutrition goals, or if you’ve ever thought of competing, I would love to chat!
My sessions will be full of high energy, positive vibes, and an emphasis on great form to maximize those gains!
I love showing women that weightlifting and building muscle is incredibly fun. It is so good for our bodies, and I want every one of my ladies to have the goal of being a strong Grandma! The gains we make in the gym will pay dividends in our life — both now, and years down the line!

Hey! I’m Christina! I’m dedicated to helping women feel powerful, confident, and in control of their bodies.
With a background in strength training, mobility, and functional movement, I focus on building long-term results through sustainable habits.

I believes that training should elevate your life, not exhaust it, and that women thrive when programming supports their lifestyle, and long-term goals.
My favorite day to coach (and train) is lower body, especially when clients experience that “strong girl switch” flipping on during a heavy leg day.
We’re capable of so much more than we’re ever taught to believe.
